I have been trying to activate SIM card for few days. The last button I need to press to move on to part 2 and confirm I understand the terms is floating in the body of “the terms”. When pressed it takes me to the terms page and won’t allow me to continue with the activation. I contacted the mobile store I bought the sim from and same problem.

In your phone it doesn’t work. Use you laptop to activate your sim and put you all information in the boxes after that you will be good to go

Clear browser cache and cookies. Or use a different browser. Or a different computer.
Wait at least one hour when retrying after multiple failed attempts.
Cinfirm the SIM card is undamaged, has clean electrical contact, and is correctly installed in the correct slot.
Restart the device, with no SIM, then with SIM. A multi-SIM device may also need to be configured through a software setting.
The SIM may not be recognized if the device is incompatible with Public Mobile (Telus) cellular frequencies.
A carrier-locked device will usually report "Invalid SIM" when a SIM from another carrier is installed, whether the SIM is active or not.

I had the same issue when trying to
activate from my iPhone. I switched over to my iPad and had no issues. If you do t have another device tablet or computer to switch to try requesting the desktop site from your phone and see if the helps.

Im sorry that happen. I just activated my sim a few minutes ago seems to be working. I activated it on my laptop not my phone. if you have the iphone and are using that to activate the sim may i sugest in order to request the desktop site presss and hold the refesh button atthe top and an option will apear to request desktop site then try again. best
