check your online account, if account online looks normal, just maybe need reset your phone setting,to check carrier choose auto

You can try to take out and re-insert SIM card and then re-boot your phone. If you tried the network reset already, possible factory reset.

Does public mobile show up when you do a network search?

Did you get a new number or port a number from another provider? Which model phone? Able to call in/out, text in/out, data? Does your phone show pubic mobile network?
