I had trouble to see that option. I want to activate the new $34/90 days plan now, instead I selected by the end of the bill period. I no longer seeing that option.
Thanks

Thanks, that worked. This plan is for my daughter, she has already done 2/3 of the current $25 (paying $20). Her school WiFi sucks, she is running out of data fast.

I unsure what to make of this.
Attempt 1: I clicked on the 90-day plan but the site locked up for a while and I eventually gave up. The message about loading new subscription details disappeared, but the 30-day plan was still selected.
Attempt 2: Selecting the 90 day plan gave the message about loading details for a about 5 mintues but then gave the option to finalize the change (but I'm not actually going to take the plan becaue I want more data).
Attempte 3: The delay was only about 1 minutes this time. Change would have been allowed.
Between attempts, I did cancel the previously scheduled change just to start over, but when experimenting with the immediate plan changes, I would re-do the scheduled change each time before trying the immdiate change.

@computergeek541- Maybe they're running the web site server on this stuffed in a closet somewhere in the building.
And then running the app server on this:
Still slow, but better.

So it seems like the app and the browser do not behave in the same way.
The immediate change to the same plan that is already scheduled works, but there's something very wrong with the Self Serve website. I tried once and I couldn't select the 90-day plan. The site just kept freezing and wouldn't allow the change. Trying a second time, the site showed a message that said "loading subscription details" (or similar wording) for about 5 mintues, and then it allowed it. I previously scheduled change was never cancelled and was still showing.

@dust2dust wrote:@computergeek541- Didn't work for me on two different browsers. I scheduled a change to the 30 day $39 plan. There it is. Try to change again, that plan is not visible at all. Remove the scheduled plan, there it is.
Dang this self serve is awfully, painfully , ridiculously, appallingly, frustratingly, embarrassingly, pathetically slow. This testing had to have taken 10 minutes to settle this.Adding - non-mobile
This very strange that different mobile browsers are showing different options. Even with the change scheduled (using website), thej plan is still listed as being available to be changed to. The issue I have is with the website locking up.

@Handy1 wrote:@will13am That’s because your already in the 20GB for $39 you just have ti tap the blue line that says switch to 90 day subscription now for it . But funny enough when in the $39 30GB $117 90 day plan . It made you select the 20GB $39 plan again to get option for 90day 60GB $102 option
This is a unique situation. If my plan was a 90 day plan, then it would not provide the option to switch to 90 days. In the app, you can actually select the same plan you already selected for renewal which is very different than the web site. $39/30GB/30 ($117/90GB/90days) is a different plan than $39/20GB/30 days ($102/60GB/90days) which is why can select it from the web site. I stand by what I am seeing a difference between web site and app.

Any information that is shown about scheduled change in the account can be ignored. An immediate change can be performed to the $102 90-day plan. The customer would need to only use the Change Subscription button and select the $39 plans's Change Now button. After seleting change now, the option for the $102 90-day 60GB will appear. That will automatically override the previously scheduled change.

@Natty9 , since the deal that you want to sign up for ($34/30 days based on 90 day subscription) is still available, you can go into the subscription tab in your online account and cancel the order and resubmit and have it take place immediately. Recognize that if you do, you will be charged $102+tax right away and the current paid plan cycle will be forfeited.

Removing the scheduled change is not longer necessary (even if the same plan is going to be selected). With the current version of the Self Serve website, the any plans that are still offered are shown even if is the same as the current plan or if a change is already scheduled to that same plan.

There is no $34 per 90 day plan. The plan price is $102. As for the $102 plan, the $39 plan must first be selected. The option for a the $102 90-day plan will show in there.
