Activate SIM card

I just activated my new SIM card, and I am supposed to receive a code to complete the activation, but I am not able to receive the code. I have clicked “ resend” multiple times, but I have not received any code, and the signal bar shows “no service”. But I have anothe public mobile phone at home, and that number works.

@Cathy66 your new sim card was not properly provisioned.  Easy fix for PM support, you just need to engage them by direct message :     https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
