Activate A Sim Card Link Not Working

Hi.  I am trying to activate a sim card.  When I click on the Activate a Sim Card link under Getting Started, I receive the following message:

"activate.publicmobile.ca - Connection failed"

"Error code 20"

"The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout."

"2019-08-28 01:46:31 UTC"

"Your IP xx.xx.xx.xx (Proxy IP xxx.xxx.xx.xx (ID 10675)

Origin Server IP x.x.x.xxx

Why would there be a proxy IP?  I never use a proxy IP.

Is anyone else able to successfully click on the Activate a Sim Card Link or is it only me?

@HomerSimpsonThe server is just down for everyone. You cannot activate your account without the server.. try again later tonight.
