I've overpaid for my plan this month and need the money can I get a refund from my account back to my bank account?

The official policy is no refunds but if it will cause financial hardship you can appeal to the moderators for a refund. However it can take up to 3 weeks for a refund so it is usually suggested that you just leave it to pay for your nest renewal.
