I can not access to my account through the app. When I try to log in to my account with my email, it goes to sales instead of my account. What do I do to access to my account?

If you are having issues login to your account. Contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket/Contact for an agent to help you login to your account.

@Boknam Have you tried from a computer and through the app as well. Try using a different browser and / or clearing your cache and logging in with incognito mode. Hope this helps.
