Did you get the 2FA code in your email to change the password?

Are you 100% sure you're using the correct e-mail that you activated here with?
Check the e-mail account for e-mails from Public Mobile (search the search bar for "public mobile")
Then, if available, use a DESKTOP or LAPTOP device with the reset password feature. Best to try this using incognito or private mode too.
