I cannot log into My Account to find the amount I wow on my bill. I told password or user name is incorrect. I asked for the email to change it but did not receive the email. How do I log in ?

use browser from computer,/clear cache/cookies/use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, then  Reset Password 

 

after successful reset passowrd then close all browser,/clear cache/cookies/one page inPrivate mode,

 

To Login Page  or  Login Page Rewards

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything, just wait about a 3 second will automatically be login,,

and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

 

until you complete updated credit card payment you can use vouchers,

to purchase from any stations or Shell,

then add to your account by call *611

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #, on the receipt

Only an CS _Agent can help you with changing your email address on your account so you can contact them by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them.

Also, if you do a search on all your emails, there should be a Welcome to PM on that email address then click Reset Password.

While you figure that out you can listen to your balance dialing 611. You can also make payments in 611. If you know your 4 digit pin and you have a card registered then you can choose the amount due option.

Adding - and you hear the amount due after you enter that pin.
