Please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly cycle so your renewal date is approximately shorten by a day every 2 months.
Also, PM is a prepaid service so you need to pay first to receive service so check the status if your account by dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC. If it indicated that your account is suspended then you missed a payment. You need to make a manual payment to continue service.
If your account is active then there could be an outage in your area so check outage map.

Usually there is a reason. First sign in and verify that payments are all up to date.
If yes, restart your phone and try again.
