Hello ,
My account is on hold since October 13th due to payment can I make my payment on October 20th is not going to get suspended?

You have 90 days from the date of suspension to make payment to retain service.
To be certain, dial 611 from your Public Mobile device (yes, it'll work) and the messaging will provide details of expiry information.

Your account will remain as long as you make a payment within 90 days. You’ll be ok!
If 90 days passes and no payment is made the account is then closed.
