I got rid of my plan with public mobile a couple months ago and payments are still coming out. I need to speak with someone on this matter and get it fixed up

You shouldn’t have been changed. Also, your account will cancel after 90 days of nonpayment.

How did you cancel your plan?
You need to do one of the following:
- Port your number to another carrier?
- Disable Subscribe/AutoPay on your account?
