Hey there,
My account isn't currently working, I went to check what the issue was and it tells me that my account is suspended. I've clicked the button to reactivate the account and it took me to the payment page, however I have no amount owing on the payment page so it will not let me use the payment buttons to reactivate.
I have no idea what started this issue but my account was working fine until a couple days ago. I cannot use an account that says it is suspended but will not accept non-existent payment to reactivate.

The best way to resolve the issue is to contact the Public Mobile Team. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
