If i cancel or don't pay the monthly bill will I not have access to the number and my voice mail?

@Sleonhard   To keep number for free and with Voicemail, port the number to Fongo.  But there is a $25 porting fee

If you don't want to pay but want access to your vm - you can put your account in lost/stolen mode in self serve and you can call your vm from another phone to retrieve messages, but you can't use your number for anything else until you reactivate.

@Sleonhard   Yes, you will loss your voicemail access and the use of the number if your account is suspended from no payment. 

If you want to keep your phone number , you have to reactivate within 90 days of the suspension.  Account suspended for over 90 days will be closed permanently and the number will be returned to the original provider
