How do I reset my account pin as in the four digit number used to call 611 while we’re out it how do I change my account email since it seems to be the only thing it doesn’t show up in my profile.

@scottsault you might got a text or email form the very beginning when you first setup PM service, that might have your PIN
But if you need to reset PIN, only PM support can help:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Reset PIN", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@scottsault 4 digit account PIN can only be reset with CSA. edit, same with the email connected to your self serve..only CSA can change it.
