Account payment issues + Plan not working properly

Hello!


I made a public mobile account sometime in August.  During this time, there was a sale that I saw on plans, so I made a new plan which was to switch over on Nov 17th. Normal stuff.

 

Then there was some network crash you guys had to deal with, resetting everyone's accounts to the same plan but now on a different 3 month cycle.  What this did was start my plan on a different date, but still keep that switch over on Nov 17th.

 

So I ended up paying to renew the service on the old plan and now that Nov 17th has come around, I had to pay more to keep going.


PLUS once I paid, despite having canada wide calling, I can't reach my voicemail because it says I dont have a long distance addon.  For clarification, I originally got the number while I was living in Hamilton, but now I am living in BC.  It still shouldn't matter as I have canada wide calling in this new plan anyways.

 

So I'm asking for help or clarification on these two subjects.

My account has stopped working and I have tried emailing the community and I have auto pay signed up but still not working and can someone please help me asap as I am missing some crucial calls.  Please email me at sanxxxxxx@xxxxxx asap.  My account has been deactivated since Thursday.  My number is 905xxxxxxxxx.

You should reach out to the moderator team by private message - they are PM employees and can help with account issues. It looks like they have a higher than usual work load right now. Working on a first come, first serve basis, hey will get back to you as soon a they can.
