Can't log into account to update payment method because apparently last payment didn't go through.
Have tried to log in, have reset password a few times. Keeps saying password successfully changed. Then I log in and get wrong password?

Try refreshing your browser by clicking on the circular arrow then clear cache, cookies and go incognito.

@Brigross71 hi first try a different browser in private or incognito mode if that doesn't work or password reset then
to reset password or account email you need the help of a service rep
