My Account page is not updating properly. It has shown the same data usage number for 2 months. How can I get it fixed?

@kryin14 hi you are most likely seeing a cached version of your account data, clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser in secret or incognito mode , reboot and sign back in ,see if it clears up

When looking at the Data Usage Details, make sure you are choosing the DOWNLOAD option and move that into an excel format to have a look. The overview/snapshot that shows for Data in this area is (or was anyhow) just wrong.
Note, data shows up in the usage details section 6-12 hours after it has been used.
