Click on Profile, scroll down, look at right hand part of the screen. Hover mouse over crossed eye and account will be revealed.
If you cannot access your PM account: Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache.
Do Not start changing your password. If you do change pass wait 15-20 min to try to log in again.

If you cannot access your account, @hpp4001, and you have tried the "Forgot Password" option with all possible e-mail addresses that you might have used to activate service here, and none of them get a password reset link to work, then the only option is to contact Customer Support.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Log in to your account and go to profile and hover over your account number to display it.
