Account number

How to get my account number? When I log in it just keeps telling to keep setting up my account but it is already set up? I need my account number in order to have my number ported.

• When I login it’s making me set up a new account, for example, buying a SIM card and phone plan. When I have had a phone plan for years.

@MB1982 If you sign in to the website go to the "Profile" tab, there you should see "Account Info" and in that section you will see your Account number
