Hi there, My account is locked. I waited more than 3hrs to reset password but does not work.
Email is correct and you guys send me a codes but I could not access it to make my payment.
email xxxxx@xxxxxxxx. Please send me a link to reset password so I can access the payment portal.

@jccor - well it has been 3 hours, have you been able to reset it ?
Did clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. But best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in incognito mode then log in this way.

@jccor , have you checked the spam folder.
tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
then Reset Password
