@Nav3 while you are talking with the Moderators, check tonsee if you can get your profile name changed. Unless I am off, I think you used your phone number as your profile name.

What is the error message you got when you tried login to your self-serve account?
When was your last successful payment?
You can try the "forgot your password" link on the login page if you know the answer to your security question.

I suggest you make a ticket and speak to SIMon by tapping on the ? icon on the bottom right. SIMon will give you suggested fixes and gather the correct information needed to create a ticket in the proper category. Pick the correct categories that suits your issues and then click "submit ticket/click me" to start a private message to the moderators.

Try the forgot password link.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still need assistance to submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right

@Nav3 if its been less than 90 days, contact the moderators and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on "Account specific question" and "No I want a human" and "Submit a ticket Click me!")
Once connected, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. Once it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue.
If you need to, you can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go to your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
Stay safe.
