I have an account and forgot my password. It sent me a email to change password and it didn’t work. I did it about two times and the password never works!!! I have no way to sign in and my phone is not working becusse I have to pay my bill but I cannot log into anything!!! I had to make a different email just to ask this question.!! I need help bad as my phone is not working.
@Flylayday1987 , if you are unable to successful reset your password, you need support from the moderator team (customer service). Please click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the website and initiate a support ticket.
