@Peterpoker Where you trying to change plan ? And it didn’t change ? Are you being charged the right amount ? Try checking again incognito/ private mode . Might just be cache issue . Be best if you had screen shot of plan change . If so or sent that to support to help

@Peterpoker , what change did you make that didn't take place? If you are referring to a plan change, it could be that you are viewing stale cached data. Try accessing your account using incognito mode if you are using a browser, or delete app cache if you are using the app.
