Hi I try to log in my account for paid my month but they ask to change the password and once its change he said dont work now they block my account and cant login again . Need to speak agent look like impossible !!

These numbers cannot be called to receive help. Nobody answers calls to these numbers. Public Mobile does not have phone in customer service.

Got to get login every so often or it deactivates your profile.
Sometimes, login on a different device helps as well.

I do have the same problem, my personal phone is fine but my wife's is impassible. I am already running out of passwords. I am still working on it.
