So I recently was a victim of a cyber attack, and am concerned my public account could potentially be compromised, since my phone itself was. I have 2FA enabled but still, I worry. I'm wondering if there's some way I could have Alerts set up for the future?

No way to set up a special alert with Pubic mobile.
2FA is the only protection that Public mobile offers.
As mentioned, change to a strong password for your self service account.
May also want to change password to the email used for your self service account.

I would suggest you change your password on the website and the PM app. Go to your Account Section>Manage Login(Secure by Eversafe)>Change your Password here.
