I have two active accounts with Public mobile but can not reset pass words to access either.

If you entered the wrong email or password to a specific account.
The account holder must contact a CS_Agent to help access the account via Chat bubble and submit a ticket or dm them through Messages by tapping the avatar top right.
Staff hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
