Account Suspended but payment made on due date please advise

My account shows status "Account Suspended" but with a balance of $172.

I made a payment on the due date, Aug 7 when I noticed that autopay wasn't turned on for my new card.

Now when I try to pay with my balance I see this:

"Your account has already enough balance.

Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactivate your current plan.

Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days if payment is not received. You will lose your phone number and service."

How do I get account service at this compamy?

They will charge you using your balance the next date, which is today.

Right now is your service still working?

If it is, and you have enough funds in your account, just allow the system to take care of the renewal. When it is in the process of renew there will be alarming messages. Don't worry about them as long as you have enough funds. Next time make sure autopsy is on.
