I failed to make payment by the due date. My plan is for 3 months at $120.00 I have paid by Visa and added vouchers, and now have $128.00 in my account. How do I transfer the $128 in my account to pay and reactivate my phone? Thank you

there should be a reactivate plan button somewhere on the overview page or plan page.
if you dont see anything then message the mods with your info and ask them to renew your plan.
