@YoshiJosh Log into your account profile page you will see the account number there . If you cannot log into your account you can ask support to retrieve it for you . Also note if you need it to change providers it is best to have account number . But you can also port number out by using the phones IMEI also thou its best to use account number
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
