MY father in law just received a new phone trying to set it up but the sim card wont activate and he has no access to his email. How can he get into his account

@HowieG So if it’s existing account , you don’t need to activate the SIM card , so did he lose phone and sim and got a new SIM card and phone ? In that case he just needs to sim swap the number in the account or get support to do it and I sent you the link in my first reply . But if he’s never had service before with PM then you need to download the app to activate the SIM and you can download the app to the phone over wifi . But if he’s forgot his email and the forgot email option is not working you still need support to get logged in .

its an existing account. I cant use the app due to no cellular service because his sim card isnt setup in his account so it wont connect

@HowieG So this is new phone and new account ? Or was he existing customer and just got new phone ? If existing customer and it’s just new phone take sim card out of old phone and put it into new phone . If your trying to activate you need to use the app not website . But if you just can’t log into the existing account you need help of support
