Accidentally changed my plan to Data Only!

Hello, 

I tried to take adavtange of promotion last month and jumped on the self serve meneu to change my plan, and I waited a month after the change, now I have only the Data plan and no talk&text! 

Mods can you please help me to add talk and text to my plan? 

I totally messed up, now I cannot usw my phone.
