Get stuck logging in as security code is being sent to a number I no longer have. Tried help and just get stuck on a loop where it results in being asked to login, which I obviously can't do. Frustrated and ready to go somewhere else

Supposed you can get code via voicemail, but if number is wrong, that won't be a valid option
Get the code via email. Click Didn't receive code and select Send email
If bi such choice, then ask PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Click on "Didn't get code" and you SHOULD have two options. Send to email or voicemail.
If those options aren't available, reach out to customer service.
