Hi, I need to access my account but I cannot access the email it is registered to. How can I do this?

@sthompson12 you can still access your account if it is Active with an email and password that you know it is signed up for.
To change the email to your Self Serve you need a CSA agent to do this.

Just have the 2FA sent to your phone to access your account then contact a CS_Agent to change your email address.
