I am just trying to make a local call and am not using 1 in front of the number and I receive a message stating I do t have access to long distance. Plus when someone is trying to phone me it rings Busy. I have a paid up account and just have pay and talk. I have rebooted the phone. Any one have a solution
@BevB, is this a new account. Has the calling feature ever worked? For calls, it's actually best to include 1 in front. With respect to budd when brinb called, has your phone been set to indicate busy when called?
