That's a great idea although I'm not an Android user, thanks a lot.
@Neo2019 nobody's perfect! 😉 Just teasing, and I'm glad you found the idea good regardless.

You can add user and password then create shortcut, but it will be logged in right away when you hit the shortcut. So anyone that takes your phone can log into your account. I just create a short cut to the self serve login page, then enter the user and password myself.
Hope that helps.
@shskrGreat idea. But hopefully the phone itself requires a password and locks when the screen turns off or after a short period.
@Dunkgirl yes it has a password and a finger scan (iphone 8+)

With the reliability issues, not responding, server down, slow load times, glitches and bugs that we have with the activation portal, payment system and self-serve I wouldn't want them to waste their time making an app.
Give us better reliability in our existing system.

@Neo2019It would be great to have an app, but the website works good enough. I would take cheaper plans over an app anyday. Its very less likely to happen since even Koodo dropped the app in favour of the customers preferring the web interface.
