I would like to add an extra phone line to my account. How do I do it? Will I get a promotion for the new number?

Sorry, but Public Mobile does not offer refunds. Please use the chatbot to contact a customer support agent. The customer support agent will help fix the activation issue.

PM is one account for one phone number, and no combined account or family account idea, each account is independent by itself.
So, to get another line use another email address to setup another account. But remember to use the referral code from the 1st account when you activate the new line. Enter the referral code on the payment step during activation

Sorry, PM is a prepaid service and you can’t add an additional line to your account. Only 1 account/1 email so you need to use another email address while activating the second SIM.
Only the higher rate postpaid service can add an additional line to the same account.
