I dont know my password to 611 how do I reset it?

 @lmchadwick1977 : If you keep all your texts like I do (I'm a low-volume user) then look back in all the texts from 611 and you might find your 4 digit PIN. It might even be stored on your SIM.

You would need to contact a Customer Support Agent to reset your pin.

 

Your self service password can be reset in self service.
