Hey Public Mobile, I purchased a 5GB add on yesterday and was billed (receipt shown in billing under account) but was never applied to my data balance. Your AI chatbot was useless and sent me to a 404 error page when I attempted to open a ticket. How do I resolve with apparently no humans around to actually provide assistance…

coulda just been a bit of a glitch that I sure Customer Support will correct for you. Keep us posted when they fix it...shouldn't be too long of a wait now.

Did all that, only indication I even ordered it was in the purchase history page. Still shows 0GB in my data balance dashboard. Thanks for your assistance, link provided works for contacting support, which is still better than their brainless AI bot…

use the app and log in to your acct > Usage Breakdown to see all you acct info including any add-ons you have.
Try a reboot.
Try a network reset
