How does the 500MB bonus get applied to my account?
I signed up for 1GB data with the bonus of 500MB for autopay. However, I get cut off at 1GB and never received the 500MB for being on autopay. What do I need to do?

When you logon to Self-serve landing page, does it confirm that you are registered for AutoPay?
Can you show us simlar screen print as here?
What do you see under My Data & Add-Ons? It should show you how much data you've used so far (see "xxxx") and how much total you have in your plan.
If you do not see the data line, it means you've used it all up for this month.

@BenniI assume you are on the $35 plan.. can you post the first page when you log into your selfserve account? 500MB should be a seperate item than the 1GB data bucket.
