Yes, 3g mobiles are supported but, you will not be able to enjoy 4g speed if you get the 4g plan. PM mobile 3g pretty good so that would not be an issue. For calling, texting and using data 3g phones would work fine

@computergeek541 is correct. There's no issues with 3G-only devices, as long as they support B2 (1900 MHz) and B5 (850 MHz).

Yes. In fact, you must have a 3g/umts/hspa compatible device on bands 2 or 5 to be able to make and receive phone calls.
