I never received a text message for the 2gb of bonus data , I text 4911 YES2 received text message I am not eligible for this offer , PM states offer is for all customers with active accounts .

If you joined after Dec 2022 then bonus is added automatically. If you are old customer contact agent for an explanation and clarification.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

You'll have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent and have them add those holiday gifts to your account manually.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
