Hi, i activated my SIM card on Sunday and want to know how I can verify that I received the bonus of 2GB for new customers?

I signed up on April 3 as new customer and eligible for the 2GB for new customer. To date it hasn’t showed up under My Promotion.

What plan did you purchase, there are 3 different 2GB promos going on right now that have different conditions, so you will actually want to make sure you entered the right code and met the requisite conditions.

On the overview page on the right side under your name a promo box will show up with the promo.

@cheerygal PM usually will apply the promotion within 72 hours.
Once it is added, you should see it on your My Promotion box in your My Account. Something similar to this (the exact wordings on yours will be different as yours is a different promotion):
