I have ported in a new number on Jan 25, 2026. However, 2FA keeps sending to the old number last night and today. Can you please check? Thank.

At the time you ported in, did you receive and accept the SMS confirmation port from your old provider?
Click Didn't receive this code link and send to email.
If this still doesn't work, ask agent to help.

You may have to go into your settings and change the old 2FA number to your new one. On the mobile app Account> Manage login (Secured by EverSafe)> Phone number, and press the arrow next to it to change it there.
