I’m doing a sim change but it’s asking for 2FA that suggest access to the old SIM.
I lost the old SIM and can’t receive 2FA. I will like option to use my email for 2FA instead of being limited to the phone number which I am trying to replace the lost SIM.
any ideas?

Did you click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code? There should be an option to have the 2FA Code sent by email.
If not then you need a CS_Agent assistance to help you.
