Good luck. I just tried this and got nowhere. I’m changing my $34 plan to the $15 plan as they will not let me get the $24 plan as it’s for new activations only. I don’t need anywhere near 40gb of data and I don’t have 5g speed in my area either so makes no sense to keep this plan. On the flip side the $15 plan is not adequate. So it’s appalling we can’t get the same plans as new customers. The $24 plan is ideal for me. I’m many others feel the same.

You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
