2023 Boxing Week Promotion - Existing customer unable to subscribe

Hi,

When I go to publicmobile.ca and find the deal, it asks me to login or sign up.

I login and then I get:

*Already have an active subscription*

When i go to "Change Subscription", I do not see the promotion there ($34/month for 30GB @ 5G speed)

How can I subscribe to this deal on renewal? Any help would be appreciated 🙂

So what Public is telling me that they do not value me enough as a customer so I should go to Koodo, Fido or Freedom to get a good deal. I guess that is what I will do.

You can subscribe to the $39/50gb plan. It's not unlimited (but 50gb is a lot of data) and 4G speed but for most people that's plenty fast. I just switched my daughter to it today when I reactivated her account.

@RomanoCheese @That plan is listed as being for new subscribers only. Every other plan is available to existing subscribers - and one of those is not available to new subscribers. 
Nothing you can do except wait. Odds are good we’ll see some new promotional plans as we get closer to Boxing Day.

@RomanoCheese , the plan you are referring to is for new activations only.  BTW, you missed out on an even better deal on black Friday.
