$15 plan - calling USA - does it use your 100 min outgoing?

On the $15 plan with a US long distance add-on. If I call the US, does that eat into my regular 100mins from the plan, or does it just use minutes from the add-on?

Thanks  - for clarity - I am looking to replace a landline with this $15 plan. But I need to compliment it with the 500min $5 Cda Wide add-on and the Intl long distance add-on. We would rarely go over 100min out and calling to the USA is maybe 6 times/year. So I expect the addons to last all year. I know the Koodo Wireless Home Phone plan is $5/month but that is only for the 1st year ($20 afterwards) and you have to buy the device for $65. I already have the device and tested with PM to ensure that it works.

@smp99 hello no you should be fine,you can download an app like textnow to save even more money if you have wifi or data

Your add on will count towards the usa call not your outgoing

No it does not. It will use the minutes from the long distance add-on.
