can't get incoming calls

I have activated my sim card, but I can't get any incoming calls, it goes directly to voicemail without ringing, I already have access to data and making outgoing calls, the only problem was the incoming calls.

Have you messaged them again? It took me more than 12 hours to get my number completely ported. Hope it get fixed soon.

I received Mods email just an hour ago, mentioned porting is completed. 

 

I have restarted the phone. They only fixed the incoming calls.

 

Texting still not working.

 

P.S. I posted my number yesterday. It is almost a day, and still have problem.  I have been waiting patiently.

inbetween you can put back your old sim card from your old privder its will still work till public mobil will finnish to port the number

in order that the mod shulde fix the prablom asap

you shulde include in your msg to the mod

  • your name
  • account number
  • email
  • your 4 digit account pin
  • phone number

and your info from where your port your number

  • your old privder
  • your name
  • account number
  • 4 digit pin

I am still waiting since yesterday.  It is now 10:30 am. Still have not receive any updates from the MOD.. 

 

Very upset with the service, specially i am a new customer. Think about to change to another provider.

It happened to me too when I ported in. Just be patient and send mod-team another message. They will fix it for you.

Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(Eastern) to 9pm(Eastern) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(Eastern) to 7:30pm(Eastern)

Looks like you will need to wait for a response from the moderators tomorrow morning. Their availability is as follows:

  •  from Mon-Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)

@jlai Did you port in your number? If yes, seems like there is an error in porting process or it is not processed yet. Either way, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.

Try messaging a mod and tell them about your issue. What kind of plan do you have? Maybe your in an area with not the best signal so it can’t pick up on the calls. But messaging a mod and telling them about this would be the best solution, they are always looking to help and they find a solution really quickly!
