This means that on May 14th 00:00 ET to May 14th 10:00 AM ET you won't be able to do the following:
- Access your Self-Serve account
- Activate a new account
- An agent won't be able to help you with any account related changes.

My renewal wasn't affected at all by the maintenance, so it could indeed be just coincidence.

@Shazia_K, are you upgrading the Gerbil that power the self serve system to cougars? the speed boost will be noticable... just sayin, the time line matches. Is there anywhere we can send Tim-Hortons Coffee for the fellas working all night
